Terms and Conditions

• Offer is valid for minimum stays of 4 nights only
• Children under 16 years will not be allowed
• Maximum occupancy per room will be two pax
• Liquor consumption and smoking will NOT be allowed at any cost inside rooms or at any public area (within the property) given the nature of the resort & its offerings
• All meals and beverages served will be 100% authentic based on ayurvedic practices

Booking conditions
1. The offer will be valid only for the participating bank’s credit card holders during the aforementioned period of the offer.
2. The discounted rate is applicable for bookings made during 25 Jan – 28 Feb 2023 only.
3. Rates are inclusive of taxes (as imposed by the government).
4. Rates are subject to change at any time prior to a confirmed booking.
5. The offer is valid for stays from 1 April – 31 Oct 2023 only.
6. Reservations to be made by visiting the Aitken Spence Hotels website only.
7. Reservations will be confirmed on availability, on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Payment
8. Full payment must be made to secure the booking.
9. The payment made is non-transferable.
10. Discount is applicable for base room categories only. For higher room categories relevant supplement(s) will be added and shall be fully borne by the customer.
11. Discount is not applicable for extras consumed at the property.

Stay conditions
12. Offer applicable only for Sri Lankans and Sri Lanka resident visa holders.
13. Cardholder must be present for the duration of the booked stay period for the offer to be valid.
14. Cardholder is required to submit the credit card & NIC/passport upon arrival at the Hotel for verification purposes.
15. Offer will not be valid if referred to at the time of check-in or checkout.
16. Health and safety procedures in place at the hotel, in line with company, local and national guidelines (as may be amended from time to time) should be adhered to.
17. Kindly note meals served will be on a la carte or buffet, based on the hotels occupancy and will be determined by the hotel management.

Amendments and cancellations
18. Name changes will not be accepted once the payment is made.
19. No show will be charged 100%
20. Cancellations made between 1 – 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 60% of the stay
21. Cancellations made between 8 – 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 40% of the stay
22. For amendments of date of stay due to reasonable circumstances (at the discretion of Management and date availability) during the same period, the same discount will be applied. The discount will not be applicable for bookings made outside the promotional period.
