Booking Conditions

• The offer will be valid only for Seylan Premier credit card holders during the aforementioned period of the offer.
• This offer is valid for a maximum of two room bookings per card per day.
• The discounted rate is only applicable for bookings made between 1st - 30th April 2026.
• Rates are inclusive of taxes (as effective from time to time).
• Rates are subject to change at any time prior to a confirmed booking.
• Offer is valid for stays between between 1st April - 1st May 2026, excluding 11th - 15th April 2026.
• Reservations to be made by visiting the link www.heritancehotels.com/offers/sri-lanka-resident/seylan-cc-offer-apr-2026/ only.
• Rooms are subject to availability for this offer and will be confirmed, on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• Rates are subject to change with 7 days’ notice, owing to market conditions.
• Confirmed bookings will not be affected by any revisions.

Payment

• Full payment must be made to secure the booking.
• The payment made is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Offer is not applicable for extras consumed at the property.
• The discount given is based on the rack rate as determined by the company and not on rates that may be published on other platforms.

Stay Conditions

• Offer applicable only for Sri Lankans and Sri Lanka resident visa holders.
• Cardholder must be present for the duration of the booked stay period for the offer to be valid.
• Cardholder is required to submit the credit card & NIC/passport upon arrival at the Hotel for verification purposes.
• Offer will not be valid if referred to at the time of check-in or checkout.
• Kindly note meals served will be on a la carte or buffet, based on the hotels occupancy and will be determined by the hotel management.

Amendments and Cancellations

• Name changes will not be accepted once the payment is made.
• For cancellations, full payment is non-refundable.

Please note that,

• Transport from Colombo to the relevant hotel (can be arranged upon request at an additional cost).
• Transport will be arranged through Aitken Spence Travels. For coordination and bookings, please contact +94 777 289 571.
• 35-seater buses are subject to availability, kindly check prior to confirmation.
• A minimum advance notice of 72 hours is required for all bookings.
• For requests within 72 hours, availability must be checked prior to confirmation.
• Driver/helper meals and accommodation to be arranged by the respective hotels, where applicable

Please note the offer is not applicable for,

• Corporate outings and day outings
• Gift vouchers
• Pre-confirmed bookings
• To be combined with other offers
• Reservations made through any other platforms, online or offline
• General terms and conditions of Aitken Spence Hotel Managements (Pvt) Ltd and bank will apply.
